		<description>@Lighthouse Yeah, if you head into XC season and you&#039;re not a very good shifter (ie. not anticipating the hills, obstacles, etc.) you sure will be by the time things are done!</description>

		<description>I did a race in Edmonton several years back and loved it.  For me it was the constant shifting gears (short climb, obstacle, steep downhill, tight corners) that I enjoyed.</description>
