		<description>During one winter before I moved to Edmonton I did a spin class every Saturday morning. How good the experience is really depends on the person leading it - ours was mental, which kept things interesting and provided a good work-out.</description>

		<description>Yeah, it was cool. I think a lot of it had to do with Lori-Ann. She new how to keep the energy up and motivate everyone in the room to their own peak ability. It was pretty awesome.</description>
