Good luck, and have fun!

Thanks for note Bob! It's been fun so far and it's turning out to be pretty interesting how different Ken and my training routines are, in large part to where we live. I ride the Edmonton valley, while he rides the Rocky mountains... What are the chances we'll be in comparable riding condition come Aug? We'll see :)

Hey Bob, thanks for dropping us a comment – We both used to live in Edmonton and train together, but I've since moved to Calgary so we don't have the luxury of training with each other.

It makes things tough sometimes, but I manage to get up to Edmonton every once in a while, and Sheldon's come down to Calgary a number of times since the mountains are so close. It's not easy, but we've made it work!

Nice work buddy - With all the training you're doing I think I'm going to ease off and let you drag me up the hills come summer ;-)
