What started as just another conversation over beers about cool bikes, and bike races, has suddenly become a reality as we gear up to join riders from all over the world and race the Transrockies!

As one of the world’s premier mountain bike races, this is 7 days of grueling fireroad climbs and epic singletrack downhills over the continental divide, through the rugged Canadian Rockies from Panorama to Fernie, BC.

This is going to be a major 9 month training commitment. And, having both come from only a limited race background, (a handful of ARs and sprinkling of local bike races) we thought it would be fun to chronicle our journey from mere weekend warriors to chiseled, hardcore mountain bike racers. We’ll be entertaining the masses with training updates, random thoughts, photos, videos and other cool bike-related stuff.
